Helping women find freedom through faith + fitness
Faith & Fitness
From a young age, movement has been a source of joy in my life. I cherished recess as a time to run freely and play. As I matured, movement became intertwined with my identity. I measured my worth by speed, strength, and achievements—striving relentlessly for one more medal, one more race victory, one more personal record.
During college, my perspective shifted as I delved into the study of the Bible. I discovered that God has blessed us with the gift of movement and calls us to steward our bodies with care. He designed us to glorify Him through our physical actions. In a world saturated with lies about health and fitness, I invite you to reject them and embrace a perspective rooted in truth.
I rooted my beliefs in the fact that my body is a gift from God and I want to honor him in all I do, especially in movement.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price.
Therefore honor God with your bodies.
